My official phone number registered with myntra is [protected] ( mumbai)..i purchased a kurta from myntra on 8 th july 2019. It was delivered on 12 th july...due to size not appropriate, i put a return request on 14 th july 2019... The product was picked up by your delivery partner on 17 th of july 2019... Now the whole drama starts...your delivery partner ( manoj) couldnt see the price tag and bcos of his foolishness he had put it on hold...reason mentioned that price tag is not there...when i got the msg from myntra, i called him again and finally he could see the price tag and accepted the parcel.( Just after 10 min.. he came again n picked up the packet)... After 7 days, 7 times call to customer care and 2 written request..my status was not changed from hold to picked up...your delivery partner also tried to coordinate with myntra back end office..but even he couldnt change the status of my return request...finally after getting frustrated, your delivery partner returned the parcel to me on 24 july 2019.mentioning that his senior told him to do so...now again back to square one...the dress is still lying with me with original price tag and bar code...humble request to get it picked up again and initiate the refund process.
Hope my issue will b resolved soon this time...bcos no use to contact your telephonic executives who are assuring me that my issue will b resolved in 24-48 hrs...but it is as it is even after 7 days...
Just becos of carelessness of delivery partner, the customer has to suffer a lot.
