[Resolved]  Myntra.com — refund successfully initiated but refund not received

The return number is [protected]. The product is roadster which was ordered was received in a bad condition. As a result return was initiated within few hours. The roadster (Mrp: 1199) ordered did not even come in bad condition. The suit was already dusty and creased due to bad handling and packaging. But after the return was initiated and return pickup was successful, but refund not received myntra promise time 1-2 working days but refund not received. All the tags and packaging material were intact. The product was unused and return was initiated as soon as the product was opened due to bad packaging and condition of the product. Good packaging and quality check must be done before delivering the product to the customer. Now they are saying that the product was used by me even though i did not use it. So they are not issuing the refund as the product was alreay picked up. Please do the needful and help me get the refund (Total: 1199)
