Myntra.com — refund was not added into my account

Address: Girls hostel, college of horticulture, SKLTSHU, budwel rd, rajendranagar, 500030

This is tejaswini, i have returned two kurtis kne is sangria and other one is visudh kurti but in the status they r mentioning that refund was processed but i didnt get any money from myntra, please solve this problem

And u people are not responding to any of our problems.
What is the use with your customer care
