I ordered one footwear from Myntra and I received the same on 31st March and due to size issue I created return and next day delivery guy took the product without checking it on front o[censored]s but later I saw in myntra app product said 'Refund on hold' due to quality issue. I called him he said there was network but I will receive the refund and I also raised same thing to cc and too said they will file complain against delivery boy and also investigate it.and today 1st April I got message saying your refund rejected as product did not passed quality check. I mean what's this how could do this. Means they are concerned about customer ? What if delivery person did anything?and first time am expiring such issue with Myntra really not expected.
