I ordered a blue jacket from mantra app, which i received on 12.01.2020 evening. When i opened the packet, the colour of the jacket was not as per the picture shown in the app. It was faded. So, i requested for return of the product on 12.01.2020 itself through app. However, the pick up boy when came to take return said that it did not pass the quality check. He took the product with him but did not initiated refund citing reason as quality issues.
Mantra first delivered a bad/defective/fade product, then refused to take return. This is harassing and defrauding customers. Concerned officials of myntra please do the needful to refund my money. Was this information helpful? |
