They delivered a product with missing price tag. On phone call the accepted their mistake and ensured that the pick up will be done soon. After a month of following up they sent me an email saying that the request has been declined. When I enquired on the phone they refused to share any more detail and refused to further escalate the issue. This is such a scary situation for customers as we are left with no choice at all. They can keep delivering products with faulty price tag and then can refuse to pick up and hence provide refund. I have asked them to submit proof of this investigation... The only reply I received, multiple times was I have given you all the information. I can't help you. Thank you for calling Myntra. I hope that guy dies soon!
