On the day the product was delivered, mytra app was initially unable to proceed with return and then forcefully added some points to account and removed option to exchange or return. The customer care also refused to accept complain and said they couldn't return the product even when it was requested on the same day. It was clearly brought to their notice that it was apps fault and the delivery happened the same day but they said that confirmation has gone to seller and it cannot be returned. So the only option remains is to go to consumer court and teach Myntra a lesson for carrying out such frauds.
