I had ordered a dress (JC Collection Blue Midi Dress) on Myntra on 20 Sep, 2022. I received this dress on 16 Oct, 2022. As the dress was not fitting due to small size, I filed a return request of the product on the same day. I received the company message that request has been received and to handover the product to the pickup agent. However when I checked again to check the status of return I found that company had put the product return on hold on the same day indicating quality issue even when no one had come to pick up the product. Then company cancelled the return request. I again raised the request for return and even talked to customer care. But they deleted all the communication from portal and now it is showing as product delivered.
Hence I am approaching you to resolve the matter and help us in returning the product and get the money refunded. I have attached the copies of bill of the product and all the communication.
Please look into the matter at the earliest. I shall be very thankful to you. Thanks Puneet
