Myntra.com — Refusing to refund my money.

Order id[protected]-9550701 .
Product-Athena maroon solid straight leather skirt
I ordered for a maroon skirt but got a brown one instead. Placed a return request but they are not accepting my request. From last one week tried every possible way to explain them but they are not listening. Help me in getting my money back
