I placed an order of a pair of van Heusen sandals and it was delivered to me on 25th September. It was really loose on me so I had placed for a return the same day. The return was picked up the next day and the delivery boy checked the sandals with all the tags for 2-3mins and later approved. The product was successfully picked up. Next I receive a message from Myntra today that the return has been declined because it didn’t pass the quality check. On calling them they wasted my 1hr and told me that the tags are missing. When the delivery boy picked it up he checked everything and all the tags were present. I am not supposedly to know what happened to the sandals after handling it over to him. This is complete harassment. I want my refund because the sandals are fitting me and hence it’s of no use keeping them. Myntra should be banned forever. This is complete harassment.
