I had purchased a grey quilted lavie shoulder bag and a lavie silver solid sling bag of onesize on 21/04/2019 through an indian fashion e-commerce company 'myntra'. I made a payment of rs 3513/-through my debit card. On opening the packed piece on delivery, i noticed that the product was defective and was not at all fresh. Even the product does'nt look as appealing as the image and the packaging was also very poor and there were no stuffing in bags due to which the product got completely distorted and as of now my money spent on this product is a total waste. I have returned an order and as far as I remember I asked a refund in my bank account and not in Myntra credit but the refund went in Myntra credit which I really need in bank account because I needed it urgently so please transfer it in my bank account as soon as possible.thanking you for your service
