Myntra.com — regarding delivery executive

Today by 11 the delivery executive came to pick up my return and his attitude was pathetic the guy came and checked the item and left the packet of the cover just on the ground like literally he put the cover in front of my house. Till date i have not got any negative vibes from myntra but after this i’d think if there is another option other than myntra.
