Ordered a Rakhi gift for my sister on date 8th August. Myntra delivered the same to someone else (as showing in myntra app) and then they cancelled it and refund the money. But thing is that if I'll order the same again then the 1st thing is that it deliver to my sister very late and the second thing is that the cost of the same product is higher now. Why I'll suffer for the mistake which myntra and their courier partner did. Firstly I'll get the same product with too much delay.. My sister is still waiting for that and the second thing why I'll pay.. This is not the my mistake. Kindly do the needful help as myntra customer care guys talking rudely and they are saying we can't help. When I told them to transfer the call to senior they are simply saying. I'm the senior most and we won't help you. This is not the way myntra need to behave with me as this is not my fault I order that gift prior for Rakhi only then they are taking lots of day and then behaving like this. Please help me
