I placed a order from Myntra (online shopping app) on 20th june 2019 but after receiving the product i returned back the product and raise a refund. But since then from the side of Myntra they have processed the refund and gave me the reference number and asked me to wait for 1-2 working days for refund. After a week i called them many times about the refund but ignored by saying that they have refunded the amount. But my account didn't credit. They told me to go to my home branch and the staff of the bank clearly told me that external application refund will be processed by them only. The bank is not liable for any thing.
