Respected Sir,
I ordered a "Campus Men White Mesh Running Shoes" on 4th April 2022 bearing order number[protected]-6704201. I received the product in 9th April 2022 but the box was damaged and the product was in used condition.
I placed a refund request on the same day and the order was picked on 9th April 2022 itself.
Everything including the box was returned by me but the company informed me that the product failed the quality check which is not my fault as the product was already in used condition ( the photos of which have been provided by me to the Myntra.com customer care).
The company has declined by refund request.
I request you to kindly help me get my refund as I am at no fault here.
