I had raised a pick up around 15 days
back, next day a pick up agent comes and rejects the pick up based on a
barely noticable dust mark at the back side of the dress which even i did
not notice and which as per him was a so called "damage". Firstly i had
called the myntra customer care around 10 days back as my return status was
put on hold and then the next day i get an email that my issue was
"resolved" and that i will have to keep the product with me forcefully just
based on the judgement of an unqualified person's quality check. This was
nothing but a blatant insult of principle of natural justice because i did
not even get the chance of getting heard. The return was put on hold on the
basis of a one sided story, the person didnt even have any proof or photos
of the "damage" but Myntra decided to listen to their pick up agent over
their customer.
Today again i called and after speaking to a Myntra superviser i have
completely lost trust in Myntra. Now its not about the product, its about
right or wrong.
When i tried to record the call, the superviser intentionally cut the call.
