[Resolved]  Myntra.com — regarding return a item.

Regarding the return, return parcel has been delivered on 15th march and after so many follow up i got reply the return request put on hold due to quality check issue.
How can be this is quality check issue? I have returned the parcel in original packet with bills and i did not use the product.

Why did you claim that easy 30 days return available. While i was suffering since more than 20 days. First i have to self shipped and follwed multiple times through mail and phone. During purchase there should be mentioned that return is available only via self ship instead of that it is mentioned as "easy 30 days return available". Even they dont pick the product from my address and i have to self shipped. Don't harass customer like this.
What type of quality check they do i dont know.
