This is regarding the return regarding my 2 myntra returns with order ID - #118507801530070957301
I returned 2 of my orders because i wanted to actually replace them.
But the replacement policy was not valid for my area pincode.
So i made a return request within 1 hour, and the next day the order was picked back.
But I am seeing that, both of my orders have failed quality check. This isn't supposed to be this way. I returned the orders same as it was delivered to me.
The customer service says that the product is missing the tags and I did not detach the tags at all. It was same returned at it was delivered.
I after returning the orders after sometime, ordered the products again with the smaller size which you may confirm with my order history.
Previously also. the same has happened with my brother, that the order was sent back again.
This is not tolerable at all. I beaing a regular customer at myntra request you to check and resolve the matter as soon as possible and process the refund as early as possible.
Also I did take a pic of the tag that was in the orders (so I have the proof of that), which you claim that was detached, which actually was not.
Please do refund the total amount back, else you might lose a regular customer which further will use other online platforms
