Myntra.com — Regarding the refund

In Myntra aap its showing that the money has been credited but it's not showing in my bank account...i contacted customer care representative for around 4-5 times had been told to contact the bank with the reference number... but the bank is
not entertaining me...they told me that this reference number is of no use...now tell me what m i supposed to do
