Sub: Regarding to Sassafras green & olive green floral cheffon A-line maxi dress (Order No: 122305363951380324601 with Rs. 661.62)
Summary: I had initiated exchange and refund for 2 items on 1st Jan 2023. 1. Sassafras green & olive green floral cheffon A-line maxi dress for return purpose from myntra
2.Kasually mustard yellow high neck peplum top for exchange purpose from myntra
Both items has been scheduled on 2nd Jan 2023 on the same day for exchange and return pickup
Both the products were taken by your executive Mr Santhosh gowda mallana gowda patil (PH: [protected], with PIN 170 on 02/01/2023) and provided replacement for the Kasually mustard yellow high neck peplum top & also picked up the Sassafras green & olive green floral cheffon A-line maxi dress item by the same executive.
I was surprised when i got the SMS in the evening saying that product is mismatch (For Sassafras green & olive green floral cheffon A-line maxi dress), pickup is rejected. While the pick up has been made by ekart logistic executive Mr Santhosh gowda mallana gowda patil.
Please help me in getting refund or my item
Note: I feel there were two different executives one for replacement and another for refund (For return pickup). But both has been done by single executive (Mr. Santhosh gowda mallana gowda patil)
Please investigate & do the needful by resolving the issue at the earliest
