Myntra.com — regarding wrong product delivered

I was order from myntra samsung level u bluettoth headphone under order id[protected]-552801.

I have recieved belt on 05 th of dec. I have submit a written complaint to customer care on 05th of dec.

Today is 12th of dec and i haven't recieved any clarification or refund and any resolution.

Call to customer care several time and company not provide me any resolution
