I bought kook n keech women white sneaker and it's outer synthetic started peeling off within one day o[censored]sage. Manufacturer has provided one month of warranty on the product. I submitted return query on the website within 5 days of getting the product and added the images of the damaged part of the product. Two days later i got message that my return request is cancelled because i didn't respond to their delivery guy. I contacted the customer service about it and they told me that they are placing the complaint and I will get an IVR call or an email about the proceedings . I waited for next 4 days but didn't get any feedback from them. I called them again and raised my issue to them. This time the executive said that i had requested for return of damaged product. Instead of that i have to return it through the request of Damaged product post usage. He registered my new complaint and asked me to add images of the product through HELP option in the website. I did as he said. But 3 days later i got message that Your return request for Kook N Keech Casual Shoes has been put on-hold as it did not pass our quality check. I called them again and the executive said that their product passes through various quality checks and money can't be refunded for it. What is that manufacturer one month warranty for?
Shoe outer skin is peeling off within one day usage. And they are saying product has faced various quality checks... Indestructible product on paper. Myntra is fooling customers!
