This is to inform that my order was out for delivery on monday of this week as i had received an sms mentioning that my order is out for deliver.. But later in the evening i received a msg mentioning that we are unable to deliver your order... And when i contacted the myntra customer care they said it’s been rescheduled for 8th october i. E tuesday the next day... I told them i haven’t received any call from the delivery boy neither i called.. Then how was my delivery date rescheduled... I waited for the next day but i didn’t received my order... I again contacted customer care on wednesday 9th october to ask about my order delivery... They said they have raised a complaint regarding the same... But so far no response for 3 days... I don’t understand if my order was out for delivery on monday of this week then why is it taking so long to deliver my order and also how can the delivery boy reschedule the date of order delivery without contacting me...
I want my order to be delivered at the earliest as it’s a paid order...
I never had such a bad experience with myntra prior... As my order use to get delivered on the very same day when the sms was sent by them..
Kindly look into it...
