I’ve ordered daniel wellington watch from MYNTRA and returned it due to fitting issues…all the price tags were intact and the product is in good condition.
Return was kept on hold saying they received a damaged product which is untrue.

I was told to wait till 30th May for an update. It’s not a small amount, I’ve saved it and bought from pocket money.
I’ve complained a couple of days ago via their Instagram account and got immediate response from the escalation desk.
BUT the issue hasn’t been solved. They told that the quality check has failed due to product not being in a working condition, which is absolutely false!!! The return was placed on THE SAME DAY how can it be true!
How will I be responsible if the product gets damaged on its way!
As already told it’s not a small amount, what should I do now with the product that will be re-shipped!! I want my refund back!
Also my mails shows return is re-shipped on 25th May but the return got rejected on 1st june! How can MYNTRA justify this (will attach the proofs)

How can it not be in working condition if the return was placed on the same day and pickup was done immediately the day after?!
