I have tried to return the product multiple times, as the product was not good fit on me. But the picup agent refused to collect saying that the QC code is missing in their tag. What can I do in such cases, it is not my faukt though, if the seller needs QC, then why the hell is it missing in the tag? I also tried reaching out the customer service but even after my query got acknowleged as Resolved, still the QC issue is resolvd. And its been my 4th attempt for the return of same product, and Im spending my time & energy for a simple return. Still the return pickup agent is telling he can't take the pickup without QC code orelse need to call Myntra and request for QC removal. Please do the needful as soon as possible as the last date for return is expiring within 2 days! Was this information helpful? |
