I ordered a k swiss shoes worth rs 3800 which doesn't fit me well. When i called customer care and spoke to some supervisor pooja, she said since insider points have been collected i can't return the product and hence forcing me to keep the product that i don't wish to keep. Moreover i never collected insider points and i don't even know what these points are for. Myntra claiming to be customer centric is so rigid to make me keep me something which i don't wish to keep.
