I ordered a saree from Myntra and it got delivered on 09 oct, 2022. The saree was not up to the mark and was not fitting so I filed for return the same day. The delivery guy showed up next day for return pickup and said there’s no price tag. I informed him there was no price tag and had just one big brand tag. Plus I didn’t had the saree even for one day to wear it and return. This is pathetic I will never order again from Myntra why return is such a hassle.

I called Myntra customer support in advance and informed them how the delivery executive behaved and how he threatened me that the item is not going to pass the quality check no matter what.support executive asked me to wait fir the update. And after few hours I received the message that the return is on hold. This is so pathetic. Most of the clothes we buy online do have brand tags on them but no price tags. If the product never arrived with a price tag how can we return the item with price tag.
