I've returned item "Shining diva fashion:Gold plated choker jewelry set", . Order ID # 1220255 [protected]. The issue is with the return not picked up. I have already told a zillion times that the return guy came only once to pick the item. We were not home at that time so he couldn't pick up. The return agent never came again to. The return has been put on hold because the return guy updated that he checked the item and it was used. This is a big lie since he never checked the product as we were not home when he came. Why is the item quality check failed? As it was not even checked??? 5 issues have been created I have called the customer care 10 times to solve it but they create a new issue in help center or update it. I get an automated update in my app that issue is resolved. This has been going on for a month and no resolution yet. Why don't you send the delivery guy again to check the item and send you the pictures of the product to verify that he actually came to pick up the item. I've explained all this to the multiple escalation reps again and again but to no avail. Heights of incompetency of the employees.

I have been a loyal customer and this is what I get, frustrating service!!! Pick up this item ASAP and issue my refund. It's getting on my nerves now. I don't have the time to waste on this!!! You should be banned for harassing your customers.
