I have placed return for my 4 products(In around 20 days duration as order received at different different time) which is not suitable for me from myntra and delivery persons are not taking the return back and updating the fake status from there end.
I raised the same concern with myntra support and they are not responding back and there support members closing the ticket saying we will come back but the status for ticket is resolved, So at the end they are not updating end user properly and not sure they are dealing with this issue or not.
For calling also they are not allowing any direct call for support, they are using callback functionality and I am currently outside india and I ordered for my parents.
**Concern*
This is regarding the return of the product. It is pending from a long time and delivery person not coming and updating wrong status. This is happening with everyone(near to my area) from last 20-30 days. Looks like myntra delivery warehouse persons are not taking care for this. This is a very big problem for us as our money is stuck.
Apart from that myntra order system also behaving weird as there return request automatically canceling and in app it will show just last status as delivered and nothing more. So at the end no one is considering/helping for our request and our orders are stuck and once time reached for returning the product we will not be able to raise the request in system.
