I ordered a jacket from myntra when i received it was factory damaged i put exchange request but they did not give respond to it so i decided to return it. After several attempt a delivery boy come to pick my item but then also he did not take my product back as the returned request was not approved. After a short time i recieved mail that my order put on hold because it is damaged (As i said when i recieved it was already factory damaged) i called customer care 4 times but the didn’t resolve this.. Now i want my item exchange or get back my refund as soon as possible.
