I have ordered fossil men's watch from myntra on 16th June 2022. and after recieving the product didn't like the product and wanted to return it. I applied for return on the same day and it was showing that the product will be picked up on 20th June 2022. But when i checked the status on site on 17th June it was showing that the return is on hold because the quality check is failed. But nobody came to pickup the product or check the product. I contacted the customer care and they told that they will raise an issue and again in the evening I got a message from myntra saying 'we know that you recieved a damaged product and please share the images'. How do they assume like I got a damaged product without picking up the product.and i can not return my product now. It's not like 500-1000 rupees product. I have paid 12000 for the watch i think myntra should resolve this issue as soon as possible.
