I ordered a Louis Phillipe shirt on Myntra app on 07/8/22 vide captioned order number trusting the brand name and picture of the product as shown. But, what I received is a very poor quality product on 11/8/22 and raised return request on the same date. The item was picked up on 12/8/22 vide return id [protected]. Afterwards, I received an email stating the Return was rejected due to quality issue and they are resending the same item.
But, i dont want the same poor quality item instead i want the paid amount to be refunded to my bank account which I have provided during return. Was this information helpful? |
