I had ordered a kurta set from Myntra, which did not fit me and I returned it the very next day. the pick up boy took the piece after checking the tags. I got a message the next day that the pickup has been rejected due to missing tags.
I called up their customer care which promised to look in and resolve it. meanwhile, I called the pick up agent to check whether he has taken the tags back, which has has confirmed. but now the product has come back from myntra to me saying rejected due to tags not being present. This is an error from their side, as their agent will not pick up a product without tags from my end anyways. how do i get them to take the product back. Was this information helpful? |
