I have received my order (ID[protected]-3843901) for Puma Men Black Dryflex Sneakers Size UK7 on 01.10.2022 but the shoes did not fit my foot, so I went for an exchange of Size UK8 on 02.10.2022. The exchange item was supposed to be deliver on 09.10.2022 but to my surprise on 09.10.2022 at 3.33 PM I received a message that my Exchange is put on Hold as it did not pass the quality check. I was unable to understand that without visiting my house and observing the product by the delivery agent, how can the product Exchange be put on hold on issue of QUALY CHECK.

After this incident I complain to customer care and requested for RETURN of the product if not exchangeable on 13.10.2022. On 14.10.2022 I received a message the the Exchange request is canceled Due to an INTERNAL ISSUE and My RETURN request for the item was successfully placed. On 15.10.2022 the delivery agent after carefully observing the product picked the product from my residence at 2.30 PM and at 7.11 PM I received a message that RETURN IS PUT ON HOLD as it did not pass the quality check. There after I made a several complain to customer care executive but till date I have not received any perfect solution to my issue.
Kindly look into this matter on priority basis and get my product Returned or Exchanged which ever is possible.
