Myntra.com — Return on hold.Quality check failed

I've recently ordered Levi's jeans from Myntra and its arrived on 29 Nov 2021. I've raised return request on same day as I received wrong product. Return was picked up on 30 Nov. Now it's showing as Quality Check Failed. How can even say that. It's ridiculous and they are duping people. Kindly help!!
