Myntra.com — Return order failed quality check - Continuous mental harassment

This is regarding the return of Vishudh Women Mauve Solid Kurta with Palazzos & Dupatta" pertaining to the order no.[protected]-7421201.I had ordered this Kurta palazzo set in the month of September 2020 and put a return request just one day after it was delivered as it did not FIT me. Delivery boy thoroughly verified the product and tags attached with and took it back.

That kurta set was returned to me saying that it did not pass the quality check at your end and according to you it has been USED by me.

After that my husband has been speaking to your customer care almost every fortnight and every time we get an assurance that this issue will be resolved and almost thrice the same product is brought back to me to be taken back. Also, according to Myntra, If I don't accept the product, then this issue will be considered closed and no refund will be given.

Now I'm fed up with this attitude of Myntra. My points of dispute with Myntra are:

1. The product DOES NOT fit me.

2. If the product does not fit me, how can I use it?

3. The product say size "L" which should have a bust size of 40 inches but if you measure the bust of the given dress, it is hardly 36 or 38 inches hence it did not cross my shoulders while trying. So how can I use it?

4. What is your criteria of making a product deem used, kindly clarify.

5. Why should I accept a product which was successfully returned?

6. Why is Myntra not heeding to the issue of fit which I have told every time?

7. Why should I take a misfit product?

8. I ask Myntra to send some female executive to my home and check my claim of Kurta not even reaching below my neck. So, the question of the product being used is absolutely ridiculous and preposterous.

9. How can Myntra say that it has been used by me and not by somebody at Myntra's warehouse or by the delivery agents?

10. Why would I keep a Kurta Set if it is of improper fit ?

11. Why is my money of the same product being held by you people?

This issue has made me rethink my decision to carry on any shopping with Myntra in future. Rather, I would take this issue to the consumer forum if it is not addressed with proper heed to my explanation. I'm being mentally harassed by you people which is unacceptable. Kindly look into this matter with due consideration and refund the amount of the product asap.
