Myntra.com — Return pickup failed everytime

I put a product for return and everytime I received message saying RETURN PICKUP FAILED...the FACT is I NEVER RECEIVED CALL from the delivery agent and NO EFFORT was made to pickup the product..
I want my money back and the product to be RETURNED.. this keeps happening even after filing complaint with Myntra support .
Please make sure that the product is picked up..
