I ordered jewellery items from Myntra which I did not like. I initiated return on the very next day of receiving the items but the delivery executive refused to pick up the items. I initiated return 3 times on the app but it was refused all 3 times even when we provided the items alongwith the bills. After initiating return online 3 times on the app now the return window is closed on the app. This is causing undue stress on me. Also it has resulted in unnecessary monetary loss for me.
