I've purchased the product (Sunglasses) on 17th May worth 2000/-. Found some dents on frame & scratches on lens, decided to return it. Placed the return request immediately after unboxing the package. Now, 3 times 3 different delivery executives came to my location and took about 20-30minutes to find the SERIAL NO. CODE which they have put in their device and which Myntra gave them to accept return. He said your product fulfills every requirements of return policy . BUT I've checked the entire box, the receipt, the inner polythene bag, the pouch which contains the sunglasses...none of the numbers is matching. Every time the delivery executive tries to put the code his device shows *Verification failed*. He told me to call the CUSTOMER support executive and remove the serial number code checklist so after that he can recieve my product without any issues.
No response from CUSTOMER support executives and Myntra. My money & time is totally getting wasted in this ###.
Totally pathetic & [censored] experience. Not expected from reputed E COMM. site like Myntra. Was this information helpful? |
