This is regarding the current issue that I am facing regarding my order. None of your customer representative are able to understand and give me a solution. Please connect me with any of your manager who can actually understood the whole situation.
I ordered the product - Sztori reversible jacket. Which when I tried was very big for me. So, I placed a return request.
The guy from ekart came to pick he examined the jacket all the tags were intact and taken the jacket. Later after like 2 hours I got the msg that my product is mismatched and cancelled the pickup. When I called the guy on the following no.

He said since it doesn't have any brand tag inside the lining of jacket hence my senior rejected your product. However, the jacket is reversible, it doesn't have tag on the inside lining of the Jacket.
Now since 2 days jacket is lying there with the pickup guy. I don't know what he will do with it. He might have crumbled the tags or the cloth. Tell me how I am responsible for it?
He shouldn't have picked up in the first place if he didn't understand the product. He picked it up and after 2 hours he is saying not matched.
Right now I don't have product and also showing that product didn't picked up. It is lying with the pick up guy who God knows what he is doing with it
