[Resolved]  Myntra.com — return product quality check failed

I had ordered a jeans (Purple feather women blue skinny fit high-rise clean look jeans) on 13th september from myntra. It arrived early (15th sept). I tried the jeans out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day but due some misunderstanding it did not happen until 17th. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

I just today returned a H&M trouser. But myntra said the quality check failed. Can you please look into this . I remember i kept the product well maintained and returned it within 30 days with tags and packets.
The w kurta recived by me on 2nd oct. 2020 . I returnd on 6th oct. Bt they set a message about quality checked fail... Now what can I do?? I returnd it with tag, bill, cover everything... I didn't miss anything. I didn't wear that kurta.

I Aryty Lyngdoh Mawlong ordered a women pink analogue watch dressberry on 19. June.2020 and because it took more than two months that I did not receive the product i cancelled my order but till now the 07.10.2020 i haven't received my refund money or neither the product. I called the customer care and they said the issue would be resolved . But today I got a message saying that it has been used and it will be shipped back to me . I ordered a sweatshirt of HRX on 19th December it got delivered on 22nd December but due to some material quality issues I thought of returning the sweatshirt on the very next day the delivery guy came to pick it up and then after few hours I got the message that the product didn't pass quality check and so I haven't received my refund what am I suppose to do now! i has order a kurti from tokyo talkies..when i check it ..its chain was not working so i returned the product..j clearly remember the guy checking every thing..price tag kurti and all after i gave him..he said its allright mam ..n now its showing that quality check failed...wth is wrong with myntra..and after this i guess honesty has no place in myntra...my past order ..if i don't get my refund

Hello I'm sushmitha. I had ordered a kurta set on 21st feb with dupatta from Myntra website. When I saw that images on the website I din notice any slit in the middle of the dress but when the dress arrived dupatta was missing and there was long slit in the middle. And I decide d to return the product but as there was no dupatta the product failed the quality check. Like what was my mistake. It was the irresponsibility of those who pack n sooo careless about their customers. I had to contact customers care even now the probelm isn't resolved.
I'm disappointed by the experience from shopping through myntra.
Hi! I ordered a pink dress from myntra (order no: 1165543813080164740030) of Latin quarter brand instead I received a completely different white dress of the same brand.
I put return request the moment I received it.
Still my return as been put on hold and now myntra says quality check has failed.
I tried calling their customer care from 'contact us'
But the number isn't valid.
I am also having the same problem. They are just fooling people. I don't trust Myntra anymore. Its the second time they are doing the same thing again and again. Guys don't trust Myntra.

But i was not available for 2-3 days

Since there were sale going on, I ordered 2 dressberry heels - one in pink and one in gold Pump heels. Since the size was huge I ordered a smaller size. I placed for an exchange and I had received ta smaller size product which was not fitting my leg. I just checked with one foot, size was not okay and put that in the box. Again placed my exchange for both heels. Now the delivery boy says I have stained the product and now my 'exchange is on hold'. Why the hell on this earth would i stain a product and exchange it so many times.

I had placed an exchange request and Myntra.com should give new product and not a used exchanged product to the customer. Now the gold pump heels which got delivered in the first exchange today for size 41 is full of scratches.

Are people using the product and exchanging and myntra without making a quality check is just passing the same damaged product to its customers.

Shame on you myntra. I am a regular buyer of myntra but never expected such a substandard delivery.

I have explained to the customer representative team today and I do not what decision they will take or when they will solve my query. Exchanging an item and following up has become a huge time consuming thing.

Why don't you guys perform a quality check and send.
When we place an exchange request we are getting used, old shoes and boxes are also broken and shabby.
And without investigating they 'put the product on hold'.

Why don't you send brand new shoes instead from the warehouse. Please don't dupe customers like this

I had ordered a Roadster Women Navy Blue Solid Puffer Jacket from @Myntra, since I was getting the same item at a lower price at @Myntra itself I decided to return the item. I returned the item with the tags attached and in very proper condition but it failed the quality check stating that the product has been used, now do @Myntra expect us to wear dresses with tags attached in front these days?
I called the customer care service several times and despite their assurance that my product would be picked up again and refund would be made as the quality check is done manually and there could be some error from their side, I received no help from @Myntra. Really disappointed with their behaviour and such an experience.
I want my refund as early as possible.
