I request the return of a product I bought off Myntra during end of reasons sale.
When I opened the bag the product was different than what I've ordered. So I requested a return request.
Now even when I selected return reason as different product delivered the pickup agent insist that I must return the product that I ordered.
What the hell is happening. How I am supposed to return the product which I never received in first place.
I wish I would've bought off Jabong despite it being a little costliest.
Now what I am supposed to do.
There's not even a word from the side of Myntra as on why my return was not picked and put on hold.
I've tried contacting Myntra but their contact us option seems like broken and never works
