Refund processed: feb 7, 2020 (But dint received it)
As per the policy, for refund process we need to wait for 7-10 days for payments in case order paid from upi.
Called myntra support team on feb 21, 2020. They logged a complaint and asked me to wait for 48 hours.
Called again on feb 24, 2020 after 48 hours, but no solution provided and asked to me to again wait for 24 hours.
Called again on feb 27, 2020, but no solution provided and asked to me to again wait for 24 hours.
Calling them again, they have no solutions and asking me again to wait.
Request you to prioritize the concern otherwise i will take the concern to consumer court and get this sorted. Was this information helpful? |
