I placed an order on myntra on 18th september 2019 for 2 gym bags. Simultaneously i placed an order for two gym bags on jabong as well. When all of them arrived, i liked the one from jabong best and returned the rest of them. So for rest of the bags i literally just opened them had a good look, tried them on and placed the ones i did not like right back into the packaging. When i returned the bags, myntra did not accept two bags back stating that they were used. Which makes no sense at all. On top of that i've been waiting for the return shipment for almost a month now and the bags have not yet reached me. I tried calling customer care 4-5 times but they have no solution to the problem, they asked me to wait for whenever the bags are shipped back to me. I have no idea what to do. I've been shopping on myntra for years now. This has never happened before. But it's so bad that i'll be paranoid to shop again on myntra. My money is stuck, i cannot track when the return packages will reach me and i'm afraid, what if they now ship back some damaged bags to me and i get stuck with them.
