I ordered few products and one of those is renka burgundy sweater @ rs. 990 and with email id [protected]@gmail.com.
The quality is cheap, also thread is coming out from neck, hence i placed the return request. However, executive denied to pick up the product stating price tag is missing.
The tag is intact and price tag is pasted on transparent polybag. I called customer care, they asked to send me pictures of the product and barcode, i sent the same. They took approximate a week and declined my complaint stating the same thing that price tag is missing. The product is as it is the way i had received and it’s just not worth even rs 200. I placed so many prepaid orders with myntra and whenever the return reason is quality i always faced the problem but this time it’s disgusting. I would never place any single order from myntra ever again. The customer service is getting worse. They apply no logic and keep repeating their robotic script. Customer makes the advance payment for the product without checking the original product and this kind of online shopping platform cheats customer’s trust and waste their money. I want this cheap product to be picked up and want my money back.
