On 1st Nov 2020, I ordered a SPACES bedsheet from Myntra (Order ID #1156079 [protected]).
I got delivery on 5th Nov and on the same day I placed a return request as the bedsheet was defective. It has 3 to 4 faded white spots and also the colour was different as shown in the pic.
On 6th Nov. their executive came. After explaining him the defects, he asked to put the complaint on customer care. He said he is unable to collect the product bcoz company will deduct the amount from his salary. Then I contacted their their local office, they also said the same thing that they can't do anything..contact to customer care
On 10th November, I messaged their help centre through myntra app. First they put hold on return and told me that they will update on 17th nov.
Then they asked for product details a d confirmation that product is unused. I confirmed them that I haven't used the product and the packaging and tags are intact and also sent pics with all details.
Suddenly they closed the issue themselves by putting a "resolved" remark. They said we have quality checked before sending. They are just fooling us.
They have denied the return. They just sending defective products and gulping people's money. This is unethical.
