Hi, I am writing this after conversing with Myntra customer support and wasn't able to get my issue resolved since they didn't even care to resolve it.
I ordered an item (Men's apparel) from Myntra and received a used product. The product was not inside any plastic sack and it had lot of dirt when it was received. So I initiated a return on Myntra and the return was rejected due to quality check i.e., rejected because of the dirt on the product. When I checked with customer support they told it's not their fault, but when I asked how do you resolve the issue where the product is damaged during the shipping then the representative who I was speaking to didn't answer that question and kept saying it's not their fault. I even requested to transfer my call to a supervisor/manager but customer support representative denied my request. This whole experience is so annoying to me and very dissatisfying.
I would greatly appreciate if Myntra can look into this issue. Was this information helpful? |
