My return request was rejected. I had only tried the product once and all the tags are intact, and the team did not provided any other details. I refuse to believe that the product can be categorized as damaged/used. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. They keep repeating "used" and "damaged". I want proof of the same, which I know they don't have because the product is as it is.
I order a Bandhgala 2 piece suit and I was out of town when the same arrived . So when I came home I tried it and ii didn't fit me
That's why I made request for return and the product was picked up successfully.
After a week I get to know that my return is on hold as the quality check failed and will be reshipped to me .
They reshipped it after 7-8 days from the pickup .
Then I talked to the customer care and they said nothing can be done
The product cannot be returned or exchanged.
Myntra is cheating as they're forcefully selling the product.
I'm student and I really cannot afford this much of damage .
Customer services are useless
They said they doesn't have any procedure for this . I've all the recordings.
They really can't help.
