I placed an order of a Pencil Skirt from the brand SASSAFRAS from Myntra.

I ordered in size 30, yet the skirt was pretty much loose on me & I didnt even like how the fabric felt on my skin when I tried it, so I placed a return request for the same.
The product had tags intact & the agent also checked the product & it had tags.
The product was unused as how can a person wear a skirt when its already loose for them.
Yet my return was PUT ON HOLD because it failed their quality check & now the App says that my return is REJECTED & the skirt will be reshipped to me.
First of all, I didn't even do anything with the skirt that they provided, the tags are intact & I haven't even used it. I returned it as it is so how did it FAIL their quality check?
Does Myntra sell low quality products to their customers that they themselves don't want to accept back?
Secondly, Their customer care is so pathetic, I opened 2 issues, one was resolved without any comments & the other is still OPEN & I haven't heard from them, just received their generic message that the quality check has failed without any explanation.
This is really such a pathetic experience for me as a customer.

I would like Myntra to refund my Money as soon as possible & they can keep their low quality skirt with themselves.
