I had ordered a Nautica T-shirt on feb 27th 2022 from myntra which they delivered very quickly on Feb 28th. I tried the one of the T-shirt out of two ordered but due to fitting issues and quality of the t-shirt I decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pickup was done on next day (1st March) wherein the delivery agent checked everything and approved the same till that time the product was absolutely in a good condition. I received a message on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed. Next day I got another message saying my return is "failed to pass the quality check".
I called up the customer care and they informed me that the product was used. Are u serious? I m sure your delivery agent must have mishandled the product because everything was fine before the pickup was done. I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.
